South Carolina's House of Representatives passed a bill that would ban gender-affirming care for minors, causing outrage from groups across the state. Opposers of the bill, dubbed "Help Not Harm" said negatively impact mental health and could force more public outings. Advocates of the bill argue that it would help protect children.
The Law School Admission Council announced in October that the logic games section is being replaced by a second logical reasoning section starting in August 2024. The move comes after a lawsuit in 2019, where two test-takers claimed they were at a disadvantage, due to being visually impaired.
