Captain Eric Grabski of Â鶹Сòòò½´«Ã½ Division of Law Enforcement and Safety said he couldn't comment on the accident because the City of Columbia has permanent jurisdiction of the streets that run through campus. The City of Columbia Police Department handles car wrecks, though Â鶹Сòòò½´«Ã½PD can assist with traffic accidents and write traffic violations.
