The University of South Carolina officially opened its brand new Campus Village following a ribbon cutting ceremony this morning. This marks the completion of the largest construction project in Â鶹Сòòò½´«Ã½'s history. SGTV News 4 reporter Alex Tetor was at the ceremony.
